I hereby declare, with my own sole will and responsibility, my wish to participate in the outdoor mountain biking (e-bike tours) activities organized by the company “SEVASTIANOS NIKOLAOS” with the distinctive title “KAPU,” under its guidance. I acknowledge that I will be using a bike rented from the company and agree to abide by the terms and conditions listed on the back page.

I have been fully informed by the company about the potential risks associated with these activities, including but not limited to, the risk of falling due to the morphology of the terrain (wild or uneven ground), dangers posed by falling trees, gaps around trees, streams, rocks, traps, holes or dents in the ground, as well as potential wildlife encounters. I understand and accept that mountain biking is physically demanding and, when combined with the aforementioned risks, carries inherent dangers of personal injury, such as various types of injuries, sprains, fractures, dislocations, wounds, abrasions, bleeding, unconsciousness, heart attack, mental trauma, or even death. I am aware and acknowledge that these activities may occur in remote locations, far away from immediate medical facilities or transportation services. Despite these increased risks, I willingly and voluntarily choose to participate in the aforementioned activities. I declare that I am fully aware of the risks and precarious conditions associated with these activities, and by my own free will, I assume full liability for any injuries I may sustain as a result of my participation. I also accept responsibility for any bodily harm or property damage that my participation may cause to third parties. This includes all potential risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen, and I absolve the owner of KAPU and any authorized or affiliated individuals from any civil or criminal liability.

By signing this declaration, I confirm that I have read and understood the contents of this agreement, and I am aware of the risks involved. I am participating in these activities voluntarily and assume all associated responsibilities and liabilities.

I grant full and unhindered right to the above company for use audiovisual material of any possible form that will be recorded during my participation in the above activities, as well as for the use of my image, name and voice, for purposes of promotion, advertising and training on the internet and in any media in Greece and all over the world at any time, without restriction. For any dispute that may arise for the interpretation and application of this, Greek law is applicable and the and the Court of Kos is competent.
